The Goal of this sales program is to provide the platform for an individual to enter the wireless sales arena, provide them with the tools necessary to compete, and offer the flexibility in sales quotas they desire but do not normally receive from a standard wireless agreement.

This will allow entrepreneurs to develop a successful small business with minimal capital outlay. There are no timetables that you will need to adhere to. If you are the type of person who constantly sees opportunities around them, then this is the opportunity you may have been looking for.

Whether your looking for a full time career or work full time and would like to supplement your current income, or are possibly a part-time worker needing extra cash and want the convenience of working from home, the Wireless Independent Representative Program was created for you. We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, can work well independently and are goal oriented. Don't be discouraged if you feel you may not have the appropriate sales and wireless back ground to become a successful wireless rep. AZUL will work with you on a case by case basis to ensure you have the basic skill sets to be successful. This training will include:

Sales Training
Products knowledge Training
Service, Rates, and Coverage guidance
On-line ordering
Sales Support
Back end Sales Support

What can you expect from us?

We will provide you with all the tools and support you need. We have at our disposal all the tools T-Mobile, Verizon, Cingular and Sprint provides AZUL to ensure you can get the job done. There will be extensive in-house support. You will have the ability to tap into online support systems, review current promotions, and look at new products and product updates that have been introduced into the marketplace. AZUL will pay aggressive commissions from $50.00 to up 150.00 per activation and process timely payments for your hard work. On average, a sales executive can made up 30 to 40 activations or more per month.

What will we expect from you?

As with everything in life, all good things are built around relationships and trust. Commitment and consistency are the key elements to a successful career in the wireless industry. Consistent monthly sales patterns are what we should all be striving towards. (more on this later) Consistency will be the catalyst for getting paid on time for what you have earned. Follow our guidelines to the letter. Submit all the proper paperwork so we can pay you! A commitment to your monthly sales totals will be the essential ingredient to your overall success in wireless sales. The wireless industry is extremely competitive. You will be given confidential and proprietary information on a regular basis. This information is for you and you alone. Commission charge backs are a reality we all live with in wireless. Therefore, qualifying a customer is of the utmost importance. If your customer cancels their service, you will be charged back for that commission for up to 120 days. To avoid this from occurring, make sure you have a qualified customer who has a need and really wants the service. Not to worry most business customers are easier to qualify.
